Intensive market surveys are conducted including peer group and technical reviews for Design Qualification (DQ) prior to induction.

Protocols for Installation Qualification (IQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) are stringently observed and documented on site. Operational Qualification (OQ) are assessed using statistical analysis (Regression curves) before use on patient samples.

Radiology & Imaging equipment need to meet AERB guidelines for Type QA & safety approvals to qualify for use.

All machines are then systematically subjected to regular preventive maintenance and calibration programmes as per our norms

Regular training on application and troubleshooting is inspected to the Technologists for judicious use.
